Had a small body trim issue with my '88 Mercedes (the piece was nearly falling off, and finding replacement trim for a 38-year-old car would have been pretty difficult). Since Carl's has always been my "go-to" for any body work I've needed for at least the past 20+ years, I stopped in to see what they could do for the problem. Matt (the owner) stepped in to assist, and in less than 30 minutes I was on my way with the problem solved (oh, and at no charge). Thanks, Matt - Carl's is the BEST!

I am the owner of two Kias so unfortunately I have been a frequent flyer at Carl's since the whole Kia boy trend started. I have been satisfied every time. They put my car back in its original condition or better, it's always super clean, and they keep me updated on the status of my repairs. The last time I even had my car painted since it was already at their shop, and it looks brand new. I would definitely recommend them, and would recommend you ask for Mike.

Very smooth and effortless experience at Carl’s. This was my first time needing to find a body shop and I was blown away at the customer service and how great my vehicle looked when I picked it up. Ed was very informative and took care of all of the details with insurance and delivered a clean, good as new jeep at the end. Would 100% call them first the next time.

Matt and the team from Carl's Body Shop & Towing did the Dayton community an incredible service when they helped move the Dayton Holiday Festival floats to their new garage. The drivers were skilled, efficient, and just incredibly nice. I cannot say enough nice things about them, because they helped save Christmas!
